为了加强在中国大陆,香港,台湾地区东芝半导体事业的服务能力,东芝半导体公司在上海成立了统括管理中国现地法人的新公司---"东芝电子管理(中国)有限公司",并于2004年4月起正式开展业务。

东芝的地域性销售·市场营销·生产制造网络建于80年代,现包括5家子公司及设置在各地的战略性销售办事处。作为东芝半导体事业在中国地区的总代表,新公司将上海、香港、台湾的销售公司、上海的技术研发公司以及无锡的半导体生产工厂作为子公司,展开整个中国地区从开发、生产到销售的统一的地域性战略.将以往各现地法人个别开展的市场调查、生产企画、技术开发支援、市场营销服务等机能都集中于统扩公司,并不断策划开展东芝在中国地区的半导体事业的综合战略。

To strengthen the service of Toshiba semiconductiors in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan,a new company, Toshiba Electronics Management(China) Co.,ltd, was established by Toshiba Semiconductor in Shanghai,which is responsible for managing local subsidiary companies, and officially starts running operation since Apr 2004. Toshiba network of regional sales,marketing and production was eastablished in 80's,which includes 5 subsidiary companies and strategic sales offices located in many cities.As chief-representative of Toshiba semiconductors in China,sales companies in Shanghai, Hongkong and Taiwan,and technique-development company in Shanghai,and semiconductors producing company in Wuxi are subsidiary of the new company which is outspreading uniform regional strategy of developing,prodcuing and selling in China. Originally local subsidiary companies used to work separately,in the current stage,market research,products planning,support of technique-development and marketing service are all centralized to this regnant new company,and integrative strategy of Toshiba semiconductors in China is planed and developed continuously.
